Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear (when available) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
- Instructions for self-arranged returns (for change of mind)
- Exchange confirmation if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging, include the completed return form, and affix the provided label. For self-arranged returns:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.
Exchange Process
For size/color exchanges:
- Indicate your preferred replacement in your return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment
If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
