Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- Some country-specific restrictions may apply
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Important: For hygiene reasons, Underwear & Nightwear and any Swimwear (when available) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
- Instructions for self-arranged returns (for change of mind)
- Exchange confirmation if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging, include the completed return form, and affix the provided label.
For self-arranged returns:
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Ship to: Ssensexx Returns, 320 South Link Lane, Fort Collins, US 80524
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.
Exchange Process
For size/color exchanges:
- Indicate your preferred replacement in your return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment
- If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
